Like many other people my Granny's button box kept me amused for long periods of time, the colourful tactile buttons fascinated me. I hope the pictures I make stir similar memories of button boxes, and the colours, shapes and textures discovered inside.

I work with young children and my designs are probably influenced by this, with the pieces appealing to young and old.
